Redwood Church Youth Fall Retreat 2004

Students in grades 7-12 are invited to attend Redwood Church's Fall Retreat '04.

For every 5 students that come from the same church there needs to be an adult chapperone to acompany them.

Please print out the form, fill it out, and then turn the form and the check into Stephanie Uribe (If you go to Campbell and she isn't around i am sure you could nicely ask either Nate, John W. or Walter to get it to her for you.)

The Fall Retreat is November 5-7 2004!
